We are entering into the open enrollment time for selecting your employee benefits with the Oregon Conference. There are a number of things to be aware of for this next year, such as changes to some of our benefit providers, new benefits, and enrollment deadlines.

2019 Health Plan Premium Rates (same as 2018)

Employee only $81/mo
Employee + Spouse $167/mo
Employee + 1 child $106/mo
Employee + 2 or more children $130/mo
Family  $207/mo

Rates if your spouse is employed and earns over $36,032/year:

Employee + Spouse $539/mo
Family
$592/mo

When is OPEN ENROLLMENT?
Open Enrollment is from October 1 –
November 26.

Do I have to do anything?
YES! You must make an enrollment selection to enroll in (or waive) the health plan during open enrollment or you will not be covered in 2019. This also applies to coverage you may already have in place for voluntary life insurance and AD&D insurance as well.

What is included in Open Enrollment?
This is the time to enroll in/or waive the following benefits: your healthcare plan, voluntary life insurance or voluntary AD&D insurance, voluntary insurances with The Hartford (previously AFLAC), enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Who is eligible for benefits during Open Enrollment?
· Health Plan: Regular Full-time Employees (or ACA qualifying employees).
· Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance: Regular Full-time & Part-time Employees working 20+ hours per week.
· Flexible Spending Account: Regular Full-time & Part-time employees working 19+ hours per week. Check out the following videos for more information on these new benefits:

1. Short Term Disability: Regular Full-time, hourly employees.
2. Critical Illness Insurance: Regular Full & Part-time employees working 19+ hours per week.
3. Hospital Indemnity Insurance: Regular Full & Part-time employees working 19+ hours per week.
4. Accident Insurance: Regular Full & Part-time employees working 19+ hours per week.
